Description du poste

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MEP Engineering Manager to join a major industrial project based in Saxony, Germany. This large-scale capital investment (EUR 10–50 million) involves both greenfield and brownfield works within an operating production facility, requiring detailed coordination and strict management of shutdowns and interfaces.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all MEP design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.

  • Manage contractors in a Design & Build framework.

  • Coordinate MEP interfaces with CSA works and production operations.

  • Drive EHS, quality, and performance excellence on site.

  • Support tendering and contract negotiations.

  • Monitor schedule and budget for all MEP-related packages.

  • Lead technical meetings, resolve design issues, and manage scope changes.

Profil recherché

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering.

  • 5–10 years experience in MEP/project management on large capital projects (€10–50M).

  • Strong background in design execution, procurement, and contractor supervision.

  • Proficient in MS Office and planning tools.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.

  • Willing to be on-site full time, with 30–40% travel expected.
