Position currently available: Finance Assistant within the Financial team in charge of UK/IRE and Australian operations, and who would work in Tunisia but report to the UK Financial Controller.

Missions :
Your main role will consist of processing/preparing documents, controlling and interacting with suppliers and other company departments
You will also be required to carry out the following tasks:
Processing/Document Preparation
- Processing supplier invoices and employee expense claims
- Processing Intercompany purchase invoicing
- Processing all company credit card expenses
- Posting cash receipts and payments
- Preparation of planned and adhoc payment runs
Controls
- Ensure incoming purchase invoices and expenses are correctly authorised either by previously raised purchase order or by management sign off
- Check supplier statements to purchase ledger
- Reviewing schedule of company credit card payments and reconcile to statement
Interaction
- Communicate with suppliers over invoicing queries
- Communicate with other company offices on accounting queries

Related work experience in Finance
University degree in finance (Licence or Masters degree)
Starting date : As soon as possible
Remuneration: to be negotiated
Location : position to be filled in our office in Tunis, Centre Urbain Nord
