Description du poste
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support the commercial and operational aspects of our FME software business. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth management of licence renewals, sales administration, and training coordination, while maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Licence Renewals: Manage the full lifecycle of FME Support and Maintenance renewals, including tracking renewal dates, liaising with clients, and ensuring timely processing.
- Sales Administration:Prepare and process sales quotations and orders, support Account Managers with pricing and customer enquiries, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Pipeline Management: Ensure all FME-related opportunities are accurately tracked and updated in the CRM, supporting effective forecasting and reporting.
- Safe Software Portal Management:
- Maintain and update Safe Software’s partner portal to reflect the current status of renewals, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Training Coordination:Work closely with the FME Lead, Professional Services team, and FME Trainers to organise and administer training sessions, including scheduling, bookings, and communications.
- Finance Collaboration: Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment for FME licences and services.
- Vendor Liaison: Act as the point of contact with Safe Software for client renewals, pricing discussions, and general queries.
Profil recherché
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in sales administration or software licence management.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and partner portals.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with FME or GIS software is an advantage.
You will join: a team of seven people, including account managers and a sales director. Based in Tunisia, you will be part of the UK sales team and report directly to the FME Sales Manager."
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bac+5 Commercial degree.
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar position, ideally with a software editor or software company.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and Microsoft Office (including Office 365).
- Strong customer orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to represent the company professionally as a key point of contact for clients.
- Positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Demonstrated understanding of the sales process and ability to support account managers effectively.
- Motivated and performance-driven, with a “can-do” mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and grow through hands-on experience.
- Prior experience in a software company is highly valued.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially in preparing accurate quotations tailored to client needs.
- Ability to identify appropriate products, price them correctly, and perform co-term calculations to align renewal dates
