This position is available in Lille, Paris, and in Full Remote

Bricks is startup studio located near Lille created by digital entrepreneurs : Thomas Pruvot, Denis Marchant, Benjamin Tolman and Pierre Orlac’h.

The media industry is in a continuous evolution, and technology is now at the core of every aspect of its ecosystem - production, difusion, audience, monetization, …- estimated at 620 billion dollars in 2020 -Source-.

We create a new startup each time we are convinced of its ability to take the leadership on its segment thanks to the quality of the technologies we build.

Meanwhile, we compose the best teams -Tech, Monetization, Product, …- to take in charge the growth of our startups, improve technologies and efficiently provide them to our clients and stakeholders.

Since 2016, Bricks has created 3 fast growing startups : Viously, Bababam and Actirise.

Based in a newly refurbished 1000m2 textile factory near Lille, all startups grow together in this innovative, bold and ambitious environment !

Partnership Manager, in a few words

  • Your missions at Bricks :

Generating more revenues on both supply (SSP) and demand side (DSP), and working with partners to unlock new investments, features and opportunities and outreach blockers.

  • Identifying new partnership opportunities with SSP, DSP, external sales houses and other strategic partners

  • Driving open auction revenues growth and reporting to the Head of Revenue team

  • Optimizing revenues with already existing partnerships (Yield management)

  • Following of defined KPIs and identifying of new possible KPIs for each source of revenue (RPM, CPM, CTR, fill rate, etc)

  • Deep diving with data team to follow up on partners performance and identifying opportunities

  • Collaborating with Technical and Product team in order to unlock all necessary features for existing and future partnerships

  • Collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams to build a strong position in the market

  • Ensuring the contractual and legal follow up

  • Organizing of project in SCRUM

  • Monitoring on industry trends and evolutions

  • The ideal profil we are looking for :

  • 4+ years of experience in similar position in ad-tech industry

  • Strong knowledge of Ad-tech industry and understanding of ecosystem

  • Ability to manage strategic partnerships in fast growing industry

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to understand and explain in simple terms complex technical issues

  • Entrepreneurial approach

  • Knowledge of Jira Tools
