🎯 The role

The role of the SDR (Sales Development Representative) team is to generate leads for field sales and initiate relationships with prospects. 

The team, currently made up of 3 people, exploits inbound leads and carries out outbound prospecting. The team plays an important role in feeding the sales pipeline and understanding our prospects' expectations.

 

The position

As a Sales Development Representative, your role will be to generate inbound and outbound leads and feed the sales pipeline. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments and demos for the sales team. You'll work in tandem with sales representatives in the field, who will meet with prospects for whom you've set up demo appointments. You will be mostly focusing on the Catalunia region. 

 

You will tasked with:

 

Inbound lead management

  • Respond quickly to incoming requests from prospects via various communication channels (e-mail, forms, phone, etc.).
  • Qualify incoming leads by asking relevant questions to understand their needs and level of interest
  • Book demo meetings with business developers  

Outbound prospecting

  • Identify and contact potential prospects
  • Research prospects to personalize sales approaches
  • Qualify leads according to predefined criteria
  • Track your activity in our CRM (Salesforce)

🔎 This is for you if

  • You have a previous sales experience, ideally with professionals.

  • You speak Catalan fluently as most of your prospects would be based in Catalunia.
  • You are used to working with a CRM on a daily basis.

  • Knowledge of the Horeca sector or HACCP regulations would be a plus.

  • You are persistent and enjoy a challenge.

  • Your ability to build relations with your contacts and to persuade will be your strong points.
