The role
We have opened our italian branch in Milan in 2024 and have encountered great enthusiasm from foodservice professionnals across Italy who have recognized ePackPro as a key solution to digitalize food safety procedures.
As the team leader of a team of Sales Development Representative you are a key contributor to our commercial success in Italy. The SDR team works closely with field sales to generate and qualify leads in order to book demos. As the team leader you role includes:
- Management of the team: setting objectives and ensuring the team have the resources needed
- Coaching and development: sopt areas of improvement and set up plans for progress
- Onboarding and ramp-up: ensure new SDRs have a progressive skills development
- Monitoring and reporting: follow the KPI such as booked demos and CWD and implement appropriate solutions.
Preferred experience
For this role we are looking for:
- Natural leadership and capacity to bring a team together
- Sales experience, ideally in a SaaS industry or B2B environment
- Proficiency in the use of a CRM, ideally Salesforce
- Fluent English for communication with other European teams
- Knowledge of the HORECA sector would be a plus
