Job Description
At eKonsilio, we are looking to strengthen our presence in the automotive sector across Europe and are seeking a passionate and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team.
As a BDR, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in the automotive sector and representing eKonsilio’s services in the European market, supporting the growth of our activities.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales

Promote and sell eKonsilio services strategically.

Prepare and conduct sales meetings, develop proposals, and achieve sales targets.
Client Management
-
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

Assess client satisfaction and ensure high-quality service.
Market Analysis & Strategy

Identify opportunities and needs in the European automotive market.

Participate in defining and monitoring commercial strategies.
Team Collaboration
-
Support, guide, and collaborate with other Business Developers.

Monitor results and implement corrective actions to achieve objectives.
Remote (currently no office in Spain)
Salary : €30,000 gross per year
The position is offered initially through portage salarial, as part of the launch and structuring of our activities in Spain.
Your Profile

Proven experience in B2B Business Development / Sales (mandatory).

Fluent in English (required). Spanish and/or German are a plus.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Autonomous, organized, and results-oriented.

Proficient with CRM tools and digital prospecting platforms.
