What you will do :

We're looking for a Program Manager to work within an Insurance Group. 

Here are parts of the mission : 

• Provide comprehensive and consistent portfolio view of Tech & Data program for senior executives at Group Operations
• Present the overall updates on each program, where necessary, especially to Market organization or Entities or other key support functions, upon requests
• Monitor programs’ progress, arising risks, interdependencies, and key milestones
• Ensure the application of the adequate project methodology in managing strategic programs
• Define and update evolving ‘Program Framework’ that impacts how to manage strategic projects in alignment with key stakeholders’ expectations as well as interaction with other program portfolios
• Engage other support functions to request support or align on the key standards & principles (i.e. Risks, Finance, HR, Procurement, Internal Controls, etc)
• Lead & facilitate the community of strategic program teams in portfolio to discuss and align on the transversal topics (i.e. reporting, gating milestones, new requests, etc)
• Advice to project managers and PMOs on structuring the key elements of program governance (i.e. organization, KPI building, communication planning, stakeholder management, etc)
• Identify needs from program managers to improve the current program governance model and/or share the best practice from other programs or other portfolio groups
• Manage the list of interdependencies that impact Tech & data programs amongst each other or other key programs 
• Up to date on the resource request from Tech & data programs team management needs as the program progresses
• Manage & facilitate key governance body that involves Tech & data programs to align key messages of presentation (i.e. CIO Forum, Tech & Program committee, TDS Committee, SPC, etc)
