Are you a hands-on Revenue Manager who loves turning data into commercial results?
We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Cluster Revenue Manager to lead the revenue strategy across two hotels.
This is not a reporting role sitting on the sidelines. We are looking for someone who enjoys being close to the business, making decisions, challenging assumptions, identifying opportunities and driving execution. You will work directly with hotel leadership teams and play a key role in delivering revenue growth across Rooms, Meetings & Events and other revenue streams.
What you'll be doing :
- Own and drive the revenue strategy for two hotels.
- Develop pricing, inventory and distribution strategies that maximise revenue and profitability.
- Deliver accurate forecasts, budgets and commercial action plans.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and booking patterns to identify opportunities and risks.
- Evaluate group and M&E opportunities, including displacement analysis and overall business value.
- Lead weekly commercial and revenue meetings with hotel leadership teams.
- Ensure pricing, content, inventory and distribution channels are accurate and optimised.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, M&E, Front Office, Finance and Operations to align strategies and drive performance.
What success looks like :
In this role, you'll be trusted to:
- Drive total revenue performance across two hotels.
- Identify opportunities before others see them.
- Deliver robust forecasts and commercial strategies.
- Translate complex data into clear business decisions.
- Create strong alignment between Revenue, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
- Make a measurable impact on hotel profitability and market performance.
Why join us?
-
- High-impact role with genuine influence on business performance.
- Opportunity to work closely with General Managers and commercial leaders.
- Autonomy to shape strategy and drive results.
- Collaborative environment where ideas and initiative are valued.
- Exposure to both strategic and operational Revenue Management.
Who we're looking for
You are someone who:
- Has proven hotel Revenue Management experience, ideally in a cluster or multi-property environment.
- Is highly analytical but equally action-oriented.
- Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in data accuracy.
- Is self-sufficient and comfortable making decisions.
- Has a genuine "can-do" attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
- Can influence and build alignment across departments without relying on hierarchy.
- Leads by example, collaborates naturally and thrives in a team environment.
- Understands that great Revenue Management is about driving total hotel performance, not just room revenue.
If you're an experienced Revenue Manager who combines commercial acumen, analytical strength, attention to detail and a hands-on approach, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply today and help shape the commercial success of two leading hotels.
