Description du poste
Key responsibilities:
Manage customers request
- Ensure the needs/requests of the clients are well understood and clarify if necessary
- Request priorization with regulatory and business teams
- Routinely follow up with QC responsible person to monitor progress and ensure we are on track with the response timeline.
- In case of any delay, highlight to regulatory manager for discussion to determine the management of delay. e.g. to communicate on a later deadline or to escalate for further support.
- Provide structured answers to customers
Create an analytical knowledge database containing
- Simplified analytical procedures without confidential information that can be shared directly with customers
- Analytical transfert procedures ready for customers
- FAQ file for each analytical method to capitalize on previous questions asked by customers
Support Quality Control activities
- Perform analytical batch review
- Manage quality events (OOS, deviations)
Profil recherché
Qualifications :

Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a technician, or a Master’s degree with at least 2 years of professional experience

Professional fluency in English is mandatory
-
Ability and willingness to travel internationally 3–4 times per year
