• Les Media : avec les audiences de 15 plateformes média btob propriétaires éditées en France (emarketing.fr, dafmag.fr, actionco.fr, Ekopo…) et près de 80 plateformes média BtoC à travers son réseau partenaire (Reworld Media).

• L’Activation Marketing : Data, analyses et sourcing, génération de leads et délégation commerciale

We are a leading media and marketing company in the IT B2B Sector. With websites featuring responsive design interfaces and with a data-driven intelligence platform, we are delivering smart content to readers and smart insight to advertisers.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can develop the German territory and really make it their own. You will be based in one of Germanies bigger Cities and there will be some ad-hoc travel required within Germany and their head office in Paris. You are reporting to the Country Manager D-A-CH.

  • Identify new opportunities to leverage business and relationships to ensure international market coverage and development in Germany
  • Develop a sales strategy to effectively manage your market (Germany)
  • Achieve revenue growth and market share through new business generation via business development calls and client meetings
  • Provide sales presentations for clients, understand a prospect’s business needs, and develop a tailored digital marketing proposal
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new and existing clients
  • Provide regular updates to the management on pipeline and partnerships on SalesForce
  • Be accountable for achieving challenging personal revenue targets and KPIs
  • Entrepreneur, self-starter, able to work independently
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve queries efficiently, effectively, and courteously
  • Develop a deep understanding of market dynamics, our competitive position and add valuable insight to customers
  • Manage short and long-term sales cycles through to completion
  • Attend relevant industry networking events

Profil recherché

The essential skills of the Business Development Manager role will include:

  • Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in Media / Publishing, preferably in B2B IT & tech
  • Expertise on account-based marketing and advertising
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking
  • Fluent in German and English
