Ensure the efficient management of international logistics activities, including transport coordination, documentation, and import/export formalities within Thai Union Europe (TUE). The role, drives continuous improvement of logistics processes and costs, and proposes and implements optimization initiatives related to transport, customs processes, and documentation. And also oversees global import and export processes for the Paul Paulet factory

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with transport suppliers, factories, and markets to ensure timely product delivery in full compliance with regulations.
• Manage and control international import and export flows across TUE Europe.
• Propose, develop, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics performance and cost efficiency.
• Ensure implementation and correct usage of carriers selected by the Logistics Purchasing department.
• Handle logistics anomalies and resolve import/export issues and customs-related malfunctions.
• Define, implement, and monitor logistics performance indicators.
• Create logistics procedures and ensure consistent application across factories.
• Lead or actively support logistics-related projects and initiatives within TUE units.
• Support and collaborate with factories and markets on transversal logistics projects and best-practice sharing.
• Implement and train teams on new regulatory tools required by authorities (import/export) such as TRACES & CATCH.
• Use and improve tracking tools (Buyco) across TUE supply chain.
• Manage 2 Logistics Ambient Operations EU associates, located in Douarnenez

Paul Paulet Factory Scope

·        Oversee all international logistics activities for inbound and outbound flows of the EPP factory, from order placement to final delivery, including invoice verification.

·        Manage the monthly EMEBI declaration.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS

·        Logistics partners: sea and road transport providers, shipping agents, customs brokers.

·        TUE factories (supply chain teams and Paul Paulet departments).

·        TUE markets (supply chain teams).

·        TUE central departments: Purchasing, Planning, Fish Supply, Quality.

·        Customs and health authorities.

💪 Vous êtes la personne qu'il nous faut si ...

• Master’s degree in Logistics, International Trade or equivalent.
• Minimum 6-7 years of experience in international logistics.
• Strong knowledge of transport regulations, customs and health requirements for international trade.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) & SAP ERP
• Knowledge is preferred but not required on Buyco tracking tools, TRACES and CATCH systems, and platforms used for international trade and regulatory exchanges.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in multicultural, cross-functional environments.
• Proactive, responsive, adaptable and well-organized with a high level of autonomy.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex and crisis situations.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
