About Pubstack and the Team

We are a fast-growing startup (+120% growth yoy) based in Paris, founded in July 2018. Backed by prestigious investors, we raised $2.3 million in a seed round (and more to come very soon!).

Pubstack is a SaaS platform with modern analytics and automation capabilities made to help publishers get all the value they deserve from their content. The AdTech environment is chaotic and our mission is to bring transparency to all actors, with a primary focus on publishers’ needs.

While most of us work remotely, we remain a close-knit team of 25 people and there is always someone to lend a hand. We work based on trust and our environment provides a lot of independence and autonomy. We like to question ourselves and our processes, and constantly seek professional and personal improvement.

The Opportunity

As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, breaking into accounts, engaging, and creating qualified opportunities for the Account Executives.

You will be part of the Marketing Team and will closely collaborate with all our Teams to drive maximum value and success with new Pubstack customers.

This role requires grit and a strong drive to meet goals.

In this role you will:

  • Strategically prospect into Publisher’s monetization leaders and initiate contact with them through different channels (emailing, phoning, social…)
  • Engage with hot Marketing Qualified Leads to convert them into Sales Qualified Leads
  • Qualify prospects and measure their interest
  • Optimize SDR processes (methods, channels, funnels...)
  • Partner with Sales for qualified demo hand-off
  • Use tools such as Hubspot, Apollo and Sales Navigator
  • Take part in various commercial events at which Pubstack will be present

You are

  • Fluent in English (an additional EU language is a plus)
  • Focused on hunting new logos
  • A top performer with a history of success
  • Bold on the phones, and creative in your emails
  • Able to strategically map out and break into accounts
  • Resilient, curious, hungry, and do not take no for an answer
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Tech-savvy and keen on learning in a complex tech environment
  • Experience in ad tech is a plus
