Description du poste

Your mission:


  • Work in a growing team of researchers and developers dedicated to shape the future of autonomous robotics
  • Contribute to cutting-edge research projects for various industrial applications, e.g., waste sorting, defect detection, bin-picking (the research topics include but are not limited to visual scene understanding from 2D and 3D sensors, annotation-efficient learning, image generation and simulation)
  • Contribute to the development of our software for deep learning-based robotic vision
  • Port and test promising novel algorithms on experimental robotic setups
  • Provide technical support during the deployment of new software features in production

Profil recherché

Required:

  • Master or engineering degree (Bac+5) in computer science
  • 2+ years in the industry as software or research engineer
  • Strong knowledge of the state of the art of computer vision and deep learning
  • Hands-on experience in implementing deep learning pipelines for computer vision tasks, using state-of-the-art libraries (PyTorch, OpenCV) on GPU-enabled computers/servers
  • Advanced skills in Python and C++
  • Good knowledge of agile software development using Git
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English
  • Curious, autonomous and rigorous


Preferred:

  • PhD degree in computer vision, machine learning or relevant
  • Contributions to scientific publications (CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, TPAMI, IJCV, etc.)
  • Experience with a simulation and rendering tool (e.g., Blender, Unity)
