Job description
The mission of the Sales department is simple, it is to help companies to set up or improve their internal communication thanks to Steeple đź””
The idea of this service is to transform prospects into customers by working in synergy with the entire pre-sales team, which is in charge of making appointments for sales representatives.
The goal is to present our solution and its interest to prospects via video or physical demonstrations.

The position

Steeple wants to support German companies in their internal communication issues, and thus become the European leader by 2025.
With this in mind, our future Business Developer / Account Executive, accompanied by SDRs, will be responsible for developing the German market.
In the long term, the idea is to grow the german office and recruit new staff.
🤝 As such, your missions will be to:
- Leading the development of the Steeple's offer for the German market
- Present and sell Steeple to interested companies and partners
- Coordinate prospecting and lead acquisition
- Create a network of partners to increase Steeple's visibility
- Be the main contact for the Sales management team
- Recruiting and managing other sales functions
The position is based in Frankfurt but we are open to looking at other cities with high potential for Steeple.
The position is on Permanent contract and available immediately.
The position requires regular travel, you will be provided with a company car.
Profile required
The profile we are looking for
We are looking for a profile with experience of launching a business in the country.
A minimum of 5 years sales experience is expected.
đź’Ş To accomplish all these missions:
- You are bilingual (or mother tongue) in German and fluent in English, French is a big bonus (but not mandatory)
- You are an expert in sales techniques
- You already have knowledge of the German market and a network of contacts
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and you are proactive
- You have excellent communication skills
