The sales team

The mission of the sales department is simple, it is to help companies to set up or improve their internal communication thanks to Steeple. The idea of this service is to transform prospects into customers by working in synergy with the entire pre-sales team, which is in charge of making appointments for sales representatives.

The goal is to present our solution and its interest to prospects via video or physical demonstrations.

The job

🚀In the midst of hyper growth, we are setting out to conquer Italy!

With strong growth in France and Spain, Steeple is now seeking to assit Italian companies with their internal communication issues and thus become the European leader by 2025.

In this perspective, our future business developer, accompanied by a marketing specialist and a SDR , will be responsible for developing the Italian market.

In the long term, you could be asked to build up a team and thus become a country manager like in our office in Spain.


🤝 As such, your missions will be to:

  • Leading the development of the Steeple's offer for the Italian market
  • To present and to sell Steeple to interested companies and partners
  • To coordinate prospecting and lead acquisition
  • To create a network of partners to increase Steeple's visibility
  • Be the lead contact for the group sales management team
  • Recruiting and managing other sales and operational marketing functions

The position is based in north of Italy, with a permanent contract and is available immediately.

The profile we are looking for

đź’Ş To accomplish all these missions:

  • Your are fluent in italian and in english
  • You are an expert in sales techniques
  • You have an italian market knowledge and network
  • You are pro-active
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You have leadership

A minimum of 3 years experiences in sales is expected.

And above all, be in a good mood when it's monday. Because at Steeple, we are convinced: there is work, but above all, there is life at work.
