The job

🚀In the midst of hyper growth, we are setting out to conquer Germany!

Thus in this big and amazing adventure, we are seeking for the one who will allow Steeple to convert as many companies as possible in Germany to internal communication alongside our business developer and our sales development representative and thus become the European leader by 2025.

Reporting to the marketing team in France and along with our business developer Steffen directly based in Frankfurt, your role will be to implement the global marketing and communication strategy at a local level, in relation with the various expertises of the headquarters

🤝 As such, your missions will be to:

• Market intelligence and customer knowledge
• Increase and improve the traffic to the website via the inbound marketing strategy (lead acquisition campaign: SEA/SEO inputs, email campaigns...)
• Manage and animate the local social network accounts
• Organise local events (trade fairs, webinars, seminars, round tables, etc.).
• Analyse the performance indicators and implement corrective actions with headquarters
• Report the specificities of the market to the head office (expectations product features, personas...)

The profile we are looking for

💪 To accomplish all these missions:

• You are an expert on all marketing subjects (on/offline) on B2B market
• You are bilingual in English and German
• You are used to manage project and people say about you that you are rigorous and proactive
• You are curious: to keep up to date on new acquisition trends
