🚀In the midst of hyper growth, we are setting out to conquer Germany!

Thus in this big and amazing adventure, we are seeking for the one who will allow Steeple to convert as many companies as possible in Germany to internal communication alongside our super country manager and thus become the European leader by 2025.

Attached to the business unit, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the management of incoming and outgoing leads in order to transform them into prospects (Adwords, Social Ads, Emailing, Phoning ...)

🤝 In this role, you will be responsible for :

  • Analyze and understand the functioning of german companies
  • Rely on the upstream work of the digital marketing specialist to approach companies over the phone
  • Discover how the company communicates with its employees and identify the issues related to internal communication within the company
  • Make the prospect want to learn more about Steeple and discover the solution
  • Facilitate the work of sales representatives by setting up demo appointments to reduce the sales cycle

The position is based in the "hesse" land and some travel will be expected.

The profil required

đź’Ş To accomplish all these tasks, our expectations are :

  • Expert in phoning

  • Expert in the management of the techniques of discovery of the need

  • Oral and written fluency

  • Be bilingual in English and German
  • Be a resilient and humble person with strong empathy

A first experience in the professional world, ideally in the commercial field will be expected.
