Description du poste
To support our growth and strengthen our strategic position, we are seeking our future Head of Partnership Development FR & International.
Main Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the partnership development strategy in line with the company's vision and business objectives.
- Identify and prospect potential new partners (integrators, resellers, pedagogical partners, content providers, etc.) to enrich our ecosystem.
- Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements, including defining commercial and contractual conditions, ensuring rigorous follow-up on implementation and mutual commitments.
- Support and engage the existing partner network to maximize their commitment, provide ongoing support, organize training sessions and events to foster mutual growth.
- Coordinate co-marketing and co-development projects to promote our solutions, strengthen market visibility, and explore new growth opportunities.
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer by collaborating with internal teams to develop tools, guides, and training materials for partners.
- Supervise the technological integration of solutions with partners by working closely with the technical team to ensure compatibility and interoperability.
- Analyze partnership performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), produce regular reports, and adjust strategies to improve results.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and events to develop the network and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and partnership benchmarking to adjust strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
Profil recherché
Profile Sought:
- Proven experience in partnership development and management within the educational technology or software solutions domain.
- In-depth knowledge of LMS/TMS/LRS/LXP solutions and the EdTech ecosystem.
- Excellent commercial, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust-based relationships.
- Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally with different teams in a high-growth environment.
- Professional proficiency in English is essential for international development.
- Strategic and proactive mindset, with a strong inclination for innovation and solution-finding.
- Charismatic personality with the potential to quickly evolve into a managerial role to expand the partnerships team.
