Notre but est de soutenir et accompagner nos patients pour améliorer leur qualité de vie

  • Des visites de suivi adaptées à chacun de nos patients, pour s'assurer du bon déroulement de la prise en charge 
  • Appréciation de la qualité de vie de nos patients pour une amélioration globale

Vos missions

Diététicien(ne) dans la prestation de santé à domicile. 

Secteur Picardie

 

Rattaché (e) au responsable d’Amiens, vous aurez pour objectif le suivi des patients sur le secteur Picardie.

En tant que Diététicien Coordinateur, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Suivi nutritionnel des patients 
  • Rédiger les écrits professionnels, bilans, évaluations et suivis

Doté(e) d’un bon esprit d’équipe et de qualités relationnelles, votre dynamisme et votre sens de l’organisation seront des atouts majeurs pour mener à bien vos missions.

  • Formation : BTS DIETETIQUE
  • Vous avez un excellent relationnel, vous êtes organisé(e)s,
