ADELIA MEDICAL est un prestataire de santé à domicile spécialisé dans la prise en charge de patients perfusés ou nourris artificiellement à domicile.

Notre but est de soutenir et accompagner nos patients pour améliorer leur qualité de vie

  • Des visites de suivi adapté à chacun de nos patients, pour s'assurer du bon déroulement de la prise en charge 
  • Appréciation de la qualité de vie de nos patients pour une amélioration globale

Description du poste

Secteur Alsace

 

Perfusion à domicile

 

Fonction :

  • Formation des cabinets IDE libéraux sur le matériel et pompes installés auprès du patient.
  • Education thérapeutique des patients.
  • Suivi adapté aux besoins du patient et de son traitement.
  • Visites au sein des services pendant les semaines de mises en place des traitements.
  • Rédaction de Comptes Rendus qui seront ensuite valorisés auprès des prescripteurs.

 

Compétences requises

 

  • Aptitude aux soins techniques liés à la Perfusion (plan de soin) 
  • Doté d’une forte autonomie, d’un excellent relationnel et d’une parfaite organisation.
  • Environnement très concurrentiel et nécessite donc une forte rigueur professionnelle.
  • Demande une maîtrise parfaite du vocabulaire médical. 
  • Aimer le travail en équipe, apprendre et se former. 

Etre force de propositions sur la prise en charge des patients : évaluation des besoins et remontée auprès des prescripteurs. Voiture/mutuelle/ordi portable et téléphone.
