ADELIA MEDICAL est un prestataire de santé à domicile spécialisé dans la prise en charge de patients diabètiques à domicile.

Notre but est de soutenir et accompagner nos patients pour améliorer leur qualité de vie

  • Des visites de suivi adaptées à chacun de nos patients, pour s'assurer du bon déroulement de la prise en charge
  • Appréciation de la qualité de vie de nos patients pour une amélioration global

Vos missions

CDI Temps Plein basé sur la région Parisienne

Insulinothérapie (Diabète)

Fonction :

  • Suivis et éducation thérapeutique au domicile des patients sur la région Ile de France
  • Formation des cabinets IDE libéraux sur le matériel et pompes installés auprès du patient.
  • Visites au sein des services hospitaliers pendant la mise en place du traitement.
  • Rédaction de Comptes Rendus qui seront ensuite valorisés auprès des prescripteurs.

Et vous ?

  • Doté d’une forte autonomie, d’un excellent relationnel et d’une parfaite organisation, 
  • Aptitude aux soins techniques liés à la Perfusion (plan de soin) 
  • Environnement très concurrentiel et nécessite donc une forte rigueur professionnelle
  • Aimer le travail en équipe, apprendre et se former
  • Maitrise de l'outil informatique

 Voiture/mutuelle/ordi portable et téléphone.
