ADELIA médical, prestataire de santé à domicile implanté sur tout le territoire national, assure le retour à domicile et le suivi des patients nécessitant une perfusion ou une nutrition artificielle.

 

L’agence de Cagnes sur Mer, structure à taille humaine au sein d’un grand groupe, recrute un infirmier coordinateur Perfusion Nutrition H/F à temps complet. 

Description du poste

Le poste est à pourvoir immédiatement

Vous assurez la prise en charge des patients nécessitant une perfusion ou une nutrition entérale ou parentérale à domicile. Vous êtes le lien entre le patient et le centre hospitalier prescripteur. Vous avez en charge :

  • La coordination des différents intervenants : équipe hospitalière, patient et sa famille, infirmier libéral, pharmacie…
  • La livraison à domicile du matériel médical nécessaire au traitement
  • La formation de l’infirmier libéral sur ce matériel
  • Le suivi (tolérance, efficacité du traitement) par des visites régulières à domicile et la rédaction de compte-rendu au médecin prescripteur
  • La gestion administrative du dossier patient
  • La désinfection du matériel

Vous avez un véhicule de société (2 places) pour vos déplacements quotidiens sur tout le département, un ordinateur portable et un téléphone de fonction.

Vous êtes amené à assurer des astreintes médico-techniques.

Compétences requises

  • Infirmier Diplômé d’Etat
  • Expérience minimum de 2 ans en hospitalier ou en clinique
  • Permis B exigé
  • Maîtrise du traitement de texte et du tableur
  • Dynamique, autonome et organisé
  • Compétence relationnelle et pédagogique
