Description du poste

L’apprenti(e) Support Process Qualité aura pour mission principale de contribuer au traitement des différents sujets liés à la qualité, tant sur les aspects process que dans la préparation des réunions et des visites clients. Il/Elle apportera un soutien opérationnel aux Coordinateurs Qualité Process Télécom.

 

Principales activités :

  • Participer aux réunions quotidiennes de production sur le terrain 
  • Faire l’analyse des fiches incidents pour déterminer les sujets à  traiter en priorité
  • Animer ou participer à  des groupes de travail pour définir les causes racines et proposer des améliorations
  • Mettre à jour, afficher et échanger sur le PDCA (Plan Do Check Act) des actions dans l’ilot 
  • Participer à la préparations des présentations destinées aux clients
  • Prendre en compte les retours d’audits de lignes dans les plans d’actions
  • S’assurer que les procédures et process mis en place soient respectés

Profil recherché

Formation :

Niveau de diplôme envisagé : BAC+5 

Durée du contrat : 2 ans 

 

Compétences requises :

  • BAC+3 avec une première expérience dans une entreprise (apprentissage) est privilégié 
  • Rigoureux et méthodique 
  • Travail en équipe 
  • Connaissance des exigences clients
  • Méthodes d'amélioration continue 
  • Capacité de communication
