Within the Industrial Operations (IO) department, the Industrialization team is responsible for ensuring that products developed by R&D is mature, and transferee to the production. During and after this product transferee, feedback for opportunities for products/process improvements within R&D, production is needed to ensure the best possible product. During this process the product will be handed over to production and they will be the main owner but will require support with any abnormalities and changes of the product. Industrialization group is also be responsible for providing the manufacturing plant with the necessary support and tools for manufacture and maintenance of the products, and have also responsibility for validation of system/product tests delivered to the customer.
                              
Your responsibilities in Industrialization department will mainly be:

 

Participation of test benches design and support in collaboration with R & D people

Test software development & support (Labview / Test stand) of functional test programs and systems on the test bench 

Specific Product issues- Test failures/test issues

Optical/Performance testing

Control of measuring equipment on test bench

Insure regressions tests with new SW packages

Insure delivery and installation of SW packages to the production teams

Validation and robustness tests of automated benches developed
 
Run the validation plan proposed by development team member

Release of test software (except BU/SEQ -2022)

DR2M support – Issue of composite TIS & Test software

Storage of test results

 

Identify the needs in term of new simulators and tools to perform tests campaigns

Man-Machine Interface Design

Analysis of existing test programs and adaptation of these programs for their optimization and adaptation to a new environment

Writing technical documents for users and for monitoring developments

Liaise directly with Database team
 

Support manufacturing BU/WSS weekend on test

Provide support rota monthly to manufacturing

Training and support of manufacturing on new test process

Report on capacity increase to Technical leaders 

 
This work is done in a framework of modernization of the activity and its environment, to manage and deploy the new generations of equipment and the future associated functionalities.

Wanted profil

Engineer trainied, you will have the following skills:

 

Experience in integration and validation of Optical transmission equipment.

Knowledge in system and software architecture, SVN

Knowledge of several communication protocols (RS232, GPIB, LAN)

Knowledge of programming languages like C ++, LabView, Labwindows / CVI, TestStand, 
Language 1 (TL1), perl

Basics of data, MySQL 

Ready to support production on shop floor
