To respond to the diversification and growth of its Maritime Operations, ASN Marine owns and develops a fleet of mobile surface and submarine equipment and units. Operated at sea on board our fleet of vessels, the equipment is characterized by its specificity and technicality.
ASN Marine is looking for a "Marine Equipment Maintenance Manager". Within his/her organization, he/she manages, maintains and monitors the evolution of mobile tools used at sea on installation vessels during their life cycle. He/she develops and manages the network of service providers for maintenance and preservation activities of equipment to guarantee their reliability in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
He/she will be responsible for developing a centre of expertise to support Assets as part of the creation of a new structure located in Dunkerque.
As a Marine Equipment Maintenance Manager, your main activities will be the following:
- Identify, plan, execute repairs and preventive and corrective maintenance of mobile assets
- Cable machines; Laying systems, arms, baskets, transfer systems; Underwater Tools
- Manage service providers and budget monitoring
- Setting up and monitoring the maintenance plan
- Implementing GMAO
- Formalize a global maintenance plan
- Adapt to the specificity of each piece of equipment according to manufacturers' recommendations
- Manage critical components (repair, certification, calibration)
- Prepare equipment and support operations
- In the preparation phase: follow project needs and implement modifications, prepare equipment and replenish spare parts stocks. Choose and monitor service providers carrying out interventions during the various project phases,
- In the mobilization phase: deliver equipment to the project teams, in coordination with the support services (logistics, customs, etc.)
- During the operation phase: providing technical support to field teams
- In the demobilization phase: ensure the preservation of equipment for long-term storage, and the upgrading of the stock of parts used during the project.
- Consolidate GMAO management to ensure centralized asset management
- Manage the GMAO tool (rationalization, development, use)
- Consolidate equipment bills of materials
- Capture and track interventions
- Define and monitor the maintenance plan
- Ensure logistical follow-up
- Participate in modification work, new or new projects in support of the operational teams
- Ensure a good level of communication between stakeholders
- Respecting the environment in daily actions
Wanted profil
We are looking for someone who has:
- training in industrial maintenance (electronics, mechanics, automation)
- more than 7 years' experience in industrial or subsea maintenance
You master the foundations of the electro-mechanical (inverters, PLC, power) and hydraulic (motors, pumps, cylinders, solenoid valves, flow regulator, accumulators, etc.) sub-assemblies as well as hydraulic and electrical plans and diagrams. You know how to manage the maintenance of industrial systems (GMAO, analyses). You have knowledge in industrial maintenance, logistics, purchasing and budget monitoring processes. You have general knowledge of the maritime/offshore environment (land/marine interface).
You are proficient in MS Office, CAD (AutoCAD, Solidworks), GMAO, SAP
Our future Marine Equipment Maintenance Manager must be organized, versatile, autonomous and have interpersonal skills. He must have the ability to analyse and diagnose malfunctions on industrial facilities and have a level of technical English.
The position is based in our Hub located in Dunkerque, in the North of France.
