Purpose of the Job: 

Project management of the new PFE product development and continuation projects.
The PFE provides the current to power undersea cable systems, generating High Voltage (up to 
21kV DC at up to 2 Amps) from a low to medium voltage DC supply, with a long system life and 
high reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating resource and tasks estimates and effective resource allocation and
utilisation for more than one project.
• Planning -ranging from detailed planning to summary level milestone delivery plans.
• Create and maintain project structures and plans for new and continuation projects. 
• Generate and analyse project performance data (schedule, resource, and cost) and 
organize meeting with stakeholders to present the data and way forward.
• Baseline Management and Change Control
• Accountability for project data quality and control reporting 
• Foster collaborative working relationships.
• Project procurement Management: Reviewing and validating interface agreements and 
ensuring alignment with budget and schedule, Capex and Opex.
• Prioritise workload and manage conflicting demands.

Tools:

Good expertise in with Project Management Tool – Microsoft Project

Wanted profil

Experience & Qualifications:

Experience in engineering project management with knowledge on hardware and software 
domain.

As a person you need to be a team player and work in an analytical and structured manner

You are interested in people and are prepared to support project team members.

You take responsibility for your work, your project team members and delivery of on time, cost, 
quality, and scope.

Fluency in English to communicate with both Customer and Project team.

HVDC experience is preferred.

PMI or PMP Certification is an advantage.
