Job Purpose

To act as deputy to the team leader manager for Quality Operations Excellence to directly ensure all ASN significant quality issues in ASN operational departments are identified to root cause. Managing a team focused on implementing effective solutions in due time to eliminate recurrence.

 

Responsibilities include:

· To lead improvement of processes for ASN operations & services activities for problem identification and resolution.

· To manage a program of RCA activities for significant quality issues from start to closure and ensure that resulting improvement project activity progress is regularly reported.

· To organise and ensure preventative activities are completed and delivered with error proofed solutions resulting from RCAs, investigations and Lessons Learned.

· To facilitate continuous improvement workshops to identify solutions from multifunctional teams for implementation to reduce and eliminate the causes of significant quality issues and associated CNQs, using tools such as 8D, DMAIC etc….

Wanted profil

Required skills

· People management skills with ten to twenty years of experience.

· Ability to operate across industrial and service environments.

· Ability to manage multinational cross-functional teams.

· Ability and ease to communicate to senior management.

· Ability to manage teams to achieve successful deliverables against project targets.

 

Experience

· Management experience in quality methods and procedures in an industrial environment (such as aeronautics, electronics, defence, automotive) involving industrialisation, manufacturing, equipment installation or marine installation activities.

· Experience working with optical fibre communication systems and infrastructure.

 

Required qualifications

· Relevant technical Degree or above in engineering, technology, or operations.

· Training and experience in the use of quality tools at Black belt level.

· Languages: fluent French and English at business level.
