OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

Working within the Industrial Operations Planning team, the role is responsible for creating and maintaining the Master Production Schedule and long-term forecast to ensure alignment between project demand, sales commitments, and factory capacity. The position ensures that the agreed supply plan is accurately reflected within SAP and executed to meet ASN and Industrial Operations performance objectives.

 

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

•Develop and maintain an accurate aggregate Master Production Schedule (MPS) and support S&OP planning processes across relevant product lines using SAP, Ortems, Tableau and Excel.
•Manage demand and supply alignment, ensuring forecasts accurately reflect sales commitments, project requirements, and factory capacity constraints.
•Maintain and publish monthly sales and production performance data, including progress tracking & Risks & Opportunities.
•Analyse capacity constraints and bottlenecks, collaborating with stakeholders to proactively mitigate risks impacting project delivery.
•Act as a key planning interface between Sales, Projects, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure consistent and data-driven decision-making.
•Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, reporting automation, and system utilisation, leveraging SAP, Ortems, Tableau, and digital tools where appropriate.
•Support implementation of system enhancements and contribute to process standardisation and simplification initiatives.
•Trigger Sales Recognition for completed products in a timely manner for key milestones (Monthly, Quarterly and Year end points).
•Travel as required to support cross-site alignment and stakeholder engagement.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTONOMY

•Own the integrity and accuracy of demand and supply planning data within assigned scope.
•Provide data-driven insight to support business-critical planning and delivery decisions.
•Proactively identify and escalate risks relating to capacity, forecast accuracy, or execution performance.
•Operate with a high degree of autonomy in planning analysis, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.
•Influence cross-functional decision-making through structured forecasting, performance analysis, and scenario modelling.
•Drive continuous improvement of planning tools, systems, and reporting efficiency

Wanted profil

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION & TRAININGS

•Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline or equivalent experience.

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & COMPETENCIES

•Strong experience in Master Scheduling, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain Planning within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
•Working knowledge of SAP MRP (MM), Ortems, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
•Experience supporting S&OP processes.
•Understanding of capacity planning, risk management, and product lifecycle planning.
•Strong analytical, forecasting, and modelling capability.
•Ability to communicate complex data clearly to senior stakeholders.
•High attention to detail with strong commercial awareness.
•Proactive risk identification and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
•Basic grasp of French.
