 MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES/ ACTIVITIES

 

  • Generate all quality documentation related to bids. Examine the tender documentation and detail areas of compliance/non-compliance and risk zones.
  • Provide support on quality aspects during tender meetings, whether internal or with clients.
  • Ensure that the project’s quality requirements are met throughout the project for all ASN activities, as well as those of the main subcontractors.
  • Generate and maintain the project’s quality documentation, such as the Project Quality Plan, control plans, and test-related documentation.
  • Manage the client interface during client audits and the factory/site acceptance process, and track the resolution of any associated quality issues.
  • Manage, alongside the GPM, the project’s lessons-learned review.
  • Identify the quality-related costs associated with projects and work with the GPM teams to manage the resulting corrective actions.
  • Ensure that all issues detected during project implementation and post-sales support are reported and that follow-up actions are managed. This includes monitoring investigations and validating final client reports.
  • Serve as the primary interface between the ASN project team and other ASN Quality functions.
  • Measure and help improve customer satisfaction.
  • Travel to other ASN sites will be required.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTONOMY

 

The Project Quality Manager (PQM) must take ownership of their project responsibilities and fulfil them through a strong understanding of technical and commercial issues and effective communication. They must be able to work efficiently with project teams managed by GPMs.

 

The PQM is responsible for communications with clients and key stakeholders on all quality-related matters.

 

The PQM must demonstrate strong leadership in resolving quality-related questions and issues and seek consensus with clients through appropriate actions.

Wanted profil

 REQUIRED EDUCATION & TRAININGS

  • Master’s degree in Engineering is desirable
  • Project Management experience is required
  • Basic knowledge of commercial contract terms
  • Lead Auditor training

  REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & COMPETENCIES

  • Experience in a quality assurance and project management role
  • Experience in a client relationship role
  • Experience with standard certification requirements
