This role will ensure stock accuracy, transactional accuracy and adherence to the departmental SLA’s to fulfil end user(production) demand. Act and Interface with the Goods receiving team, Production and Call Off departments on allkey issues to ensure there are no line stops, resulting from materials in feed, adherence to ASN shift patterns whenrequired.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES 

  • Ensure on-time release and picking of Production /Transfer Orders in line with the master production schedule. 

  • Ensure the SAP stock record for materials are accurate and transactions occur in a timely manner. Investigateerrors in the SAP WM/PP modules to ensure data quality is maintained

  • Ensure materials chased and are ready and available for production when required

  • Ensure Material throughput is in line with the agreed SLA. 

  • Organise accurate transaction of materials into stores Warehouse Management (WM) locations and following ontosupply all shop floor locations. 

  • Conduct and close stock counts as and when required

  • Identify and suggest improvements to the warehouse processes and systems to focus on value adding activity. 

  • Work with the ASN systems teams in change implementation as required by their management. 

  • Ensure any permits used are within date and shelf life of products are maintained. 

  • Ensure all OCA’s are passed 4 times per year in areas where training is complete (One each quarter) 

  • Adhere to local clean area rules and protocols (ESD, COSHH, Risk Assessments, PPE etc). 

  • Report quality issues in a timely manner to team leader/supervisor. 

  • Participate in improvements. 

RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTONOMY

  • Works independently within set procedures to meet production and SLA requirements.

  • Prioritises tasks based on production demand and material availability.

  • Investigates and resolves stock or transactional discrepancies within defined limits.

  • Escalates issues to Team Leader/Supervisor when required.

  • Contributes to process improvements and supports departmental initiatives.

  • Maintains personal training, safety compliance, and quality reporting without supervision

Wanted profil

REQUIRED EDUCATION & TRAININGS

  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent

REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & COMPETENCIES

  • Previous warehouse or materials‑handling experience in ASN or a similar environment.

  • Familiarity with SAP WM/PP or similar stock‑management systems.

  • Experience working to deadlines and SLA‑driven processes.

  • Background in stock counting and material flow support

  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Effective communication across departments.

  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.

  • Problem solving and root cause investigation skills.

  • Team focused with ability to support and mentor others.

  • Adherence to safety, quality, and clean area protocols.

  • Confidence in using IT and warehouse system tools
