We produced the sensational series Tara Duncan and Miraculous Ladybug season 5, both broadcasted on Disney Channel and Disney +.
We are now getting ready for an absolutely new captivating project, the series 'Messi and the Giants', produced by Sony Music Vision, Sony Pictures Television Kids and Leo Messi Management, and broadcasted by Disney. An epic saga where a young boy named Leo is transported from his home in Argentina into a fantastical alternate universe.

Job Description
We are looking for a First Assistant Director to join our team who shares our love of Animation and will bring with them a passion for storytelling and creating high-quality animated content.
The First Assistant Director (1st Assistant Director) for a 3D animation series plays a key role in coordinating and managing production. They act as the director's right-hand man and liaise between the artistic, technical, and production teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and artistic quality are met.
This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, and a thorough understanding of 3D animation production processes.

Support the Director:

Prepare meetings and briefing sessions with the artistic and technical teams

Translate the director's visions and instructions into clear guidelines for the teams

Follow up on artistic and technical feedback, ensuring its implementation
-
Production Coordination:
-
Oversee the overall schedule of the series in collaboration with the director and producer
-
Establish and monitor detailed schedules for each stage of production (pre-production, production, post-production)
-
Manage priorities and anticipate potential delays
-
Team Coordination:
-
Act as the central point of contact between departments (storyboarding, modeling, rigging, animation, lighting, compositing, etc.)
-
Facilitate communication between teams to resolve issues or answer operational questions
-
Ensure a collaborative and motivating work environment
-
Workflow Supervision:
-
Identify and resolve technical or organizational bottlenecks in conjunction with department heads
-
Quality Monitoring:
-
Participate in art dailies to ensure that the work meets creative and technical expectations
-
Report any inconsistencies or deviations from the established style or script
Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in the role

Clear and constant communication with Production is essential

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., ShotGrid, Asana, or similar)

Good understanding of 3D animation software (Maya, Blender, etc.)

Excellent time management and planning skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve issues quickly
