We are looking for a Production Administrator (Intermediate Level) to join our team as soon as possible.
The Production Administrator is responsible for the administrative monitoring of a project in production.
They act as the main point of contact for the production and administration teams, the accounting department, external suppliers, and local institutions.
Location : Tenerife (Canary Islands, Spain)
Type of contract: Full-time Fixed-term contract. Preferably on-site in our beautiful studio in Tenerife. Remote work may be considered as long as you are a Canarian resident, as this is a key requirement for this position.

Administrative and legal management:
- Prepare and monitor employment contracts (technical and artistic teams) in accordance with Spanish labour legislation, as well as onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Create and update the administrative files of the projects (insurance, occupational risk prevention, data protection, authorisations, agreements, licences, protocols, etc.).
- Verify the compliance of documentation submitted by freelancers, artists and suppliers (DNI/NIE/CIF, registration with Social Security, invoices, etc.).
- Carry out basic monitoring of legal obligations (working time, safety, etc.).
Budgetary and financial monitoring:
- Review, classify and forward invoices to the accounting department; ensure their correct analytical allocation.
- Prepare payment schedules (suppliers, freelancers, rentals, etc.).
- Assist in the preparation of grant applications, in coordination with production and accounting.
Administrative follow-up of staff and payroll coordination:
- Gather the information required for the preparation of payroll (overtime, bonuses, salary changes, absences, sick leave and holidays).
- Act as liaison with the labour consultancy / payroll provider for salary processing.
- Take part in the administrative onboarding of new hires (employment documentation, administrative induction, explanation of internal procedures), as well as in the full management of offboarding.
Relations with suppliers and service providers:
- Manage quotations, purchase orders and supplier contracts.
Reporting and internal coordination:
- Update shared tracking tools (spreadsheets, production software).
- Take part in production meetings and report administrative and financial alerts (delays in invoicing, risk of non-compliance, etc.).
Profile Requirements:
Education
- University degree (bachelor’s or master’s) in management, administration, finance, audiovisual/cultural production management, or equivalent.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in production administration, audiovisual/animation production management, or project administration/finance in a similar environment.
- Previous experience in an international context will be highly valued.
Technical skills
- Very good command of office tools (Excel or equivalent, Google Sheets, etc.) and budget dashboards.
- Knowledge of labour legislation and Social Security rules.
- Basic knowledge of analytical accounting and budget monitoring for projects.
- Ideally, knowledge of the audiovisual/animation sector: types of contracts, rights, relations with collecting societies, accounting firms, subsidies or support mechanisms / tax rebates.
