Atlantis Animation is seeking a highly experienced Senior Production Manager to oversee and manage the production of our animated series and projects. As a Senior Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of production are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the production team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across all stages of the production process.
• Maintain detailed production schedules, ensuring all milestones are met according to the project timelines.
• Coordinate with directors, department heads, and other stakeholders to ensure that creative and technical requirements are aligned.
• Monitor the progress of production, identifying potential risks and implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
• Oversee budget management, including cost tracking, resource allocation, and financial reporting to ensure that the production remains within budget.
• Facilitate effective communication between all departments, ensuring that information is accurately conveyed and that any issues are promptly addressed.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the production team, with a positive and productive work environment.

Profile required

• Extensive experience in production management, preferably in animation or visual effects, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth understanding of the animation production pipeline, from pre-production to post-production.
• Proficiency in production management software and tools such as ShotGrid.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
