We are now getting ready for an absolutely new captivating project, the series 'Messi and the Giants', produced by Sony Music Vision, Sony Pictures Television Kids and Leo Messi Management, and broadcasted by Disney. An epic saga where a young boy named Leo is transported from his home in Argentina into a fantastical alternate universe.

Job Description

We are looking for a CG Supervisor to your our team as soon as possible.

You will supervise the entire CG production process, ensuring top visual quality across all assets and shots. Capable of being very hands-on, as well as strategic, in order to establish the pipeline and efficient workflows. You should have capacity to manage multiple episodes, paying particular attention to the layout, backgrounds, look development, lighting, FX and compositing departments in order to establish high production value shots whilst meeting the quality benchmark on the series and the established look of the shows.

Artistic and technically driven, you will be well-rounded in all aspects of CG production. Technically interpreting and supporting the Directors’ vision and ensuring the highest quality of work is achieved within the parameters of the schedule and budget, while keeping a watchful eye and reporting any issues with the project deliverables.

Location : Tenerife (Canary Islands, Spain)

Type of contract: Full-time employee. 100% On-Site

What You'll Do:

• Supervise the entire CG production process, ensuring top visual quality across all assets and shots.
• Align the creative vision with technical execution by collaborating closely with production leadership and department heads.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 3D artists, providing clear direction and feedback.
• Identify and solve technical and artistic challenges to ensure consistency and efficiency in the pipeline.
• Oversee scheduling, resource planning, and deliveries to meet production deadlines.

Profile required

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a CG Supervisor in feature films, series, or high-end CG productions.
• Deep understanding of 3D production pipelines: Modeling, surfacing, rigging, animation, lighting, rendering, compositing.
• A strong artistic eye, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• EU/Spanish work permit is required.
• On-site position (long-term contract) at our sunny Canary Islands studio.
