As we expand our activities in Europe, we are building local team to work directly with farmers and partners on the ground.

As part of the expansion of our operations, we are recruiting in Europe

  • a Agronomist specialising in regenerative agriculture / conservation agriculture

Your responsibilities

Working closely with the operational teams and the Technical Director, your main responsibilities will be:

Project design and coordination

  • Designing regenerative agricultural systems adapted to local soil, climate and economic conditions
  • Leading and coordinating projects with farmers, cooperatives and local partners
  • Helping to establish sustainable supply chains

 

Field support 

  • Supporting and training farmers in the implementation of agroecological practices (cover crops, crop rotations, soil fertility, integration of livestock farming, etc.)
  • Carry out comprehensive agronomic assessments (soils, cropping systems, existing practices)
  • Monitor the technical, agronomic and economic performance of the systems

 

Expertise & knowledge sharing

  • Set up and monitor agronomic trials
  • Develop technical strategies tailored to local conditions
  • Analyse field data and draft technical reports
  • Take part in training and knowledge-sharing initiatives

 

Team management

  • Provide administrative and technical support to teams of technical advisers
  • Organise operational activities within projects

Profile required

Your profile:

  • Senior agronomist with at least 5 years of professional experience
  • Based in a country in Europe
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus, not required)
  • Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering or related field
  • Strong interest in regenerative, low-carbon, or sustainable agriculture
  • Comfortable working both in the field and with data/reporting
  • Independent, well-organized, and motivated
  • Strong communication and training facilitation skills
  • Driving license (category B) required
