Description du poste

Rattaché(e) au Pôle Produit à Façon, les principales missions de l’Assistant(e) de Production sont les suivantes :

•    Création et suivi des commandes fournisseurs
•    PLM : façonnier/code douanier/conditionnement/origine préférentielle
•    ORLI et nomenclatures Excel : vérification des conditionnements et du labelling pour les produits à façon
•    Envoi des ordres de fabrication et de l’état des besoins correspondant
•    Facturation des tissus et fournitures en fonction des sorties OF et des envois directs
•    Gestion et contrôle des approvisionnements matières premières (envoi via l’entrepôt ou direct aux usines)
•    Envoi et création des fiches étiquettes code-barres
•    Gestion de la logistique matières premières et produits façonnés
•    Validation des factures façonniers en fonction des réceptions à l’entrepôt
•    Vérification du BFR
•    Création des Intrastats mensuellement 
•    Calcul des prix réels des produits en fin de production 
•    Suivi des inventaires façonniers en fin de saison

Profil recherché

  • Première expérience sur un poste similaire
  • Très bonne maîtrise d’Excel
  • Maîtrise technique des systèmes PLM et ERP (ORLI)
  • Connaissance de la mode (termes techniques)
  • Anglais courant
  • Rigueur, efficacité et agilité
  • Curiosité, autonomie
  • Esprit d’équipe
