Post description

• Greeting and high standard of service to international and regular clientele
• Customer sales advice and presentation of the collection
• Organizing and completing digital / phone orders for clients
• Client relationship management through digital tools
• Assistance with daily running of the store (restocking of the shop floor, maintenance of display and stockroom, stock-taking, etc.)
• Ability and motivation to achieve personal sales goals
• Sending daily reports

• Freundliche und kompetente Beratung von nationalen und internationalen Kunden
• Aktive Neukundengewinnung und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
• Organisation und Durchführung von telefonischen und digitalen Kundenanfragen.
• Kundenbeziehungsmanagement auf hohem Niveau durch diverse digitale Tools.
• Mitarbeit bei täglichen Abläufen wie Warenpräsentation und -verwaltung
• Eigenmotivation und Fähigkeit, individuelle Umsatzziele zu erreichen
• Senden von täglichen Reports

Profile required

• Fluent German and English(speaking, writing and reading)
• Proven sales skills
• Experience in retail
• Experience in the world of fashion and luxury
• Flexibility
• A proactive/dynamic and positive attitude
• Target driven
• Good inter-personal skills, team spirit/player

Part-time position 1 day/week.

• Fließend in Wort und Schrift auf Deutsch und Englisch

• Verkaufstalent/ Erfahrung wenn möglich im gehobenen Einzelhandel
