Post description

  • Greeting and high standard service to international and regular clientele in on one of most prestigious store, 
  • Organising and completing digital / phone orders for clients,
  • Client relationship management through digital tools,
  • Assistance with daily running of the store (restocking of the shop floor, maintenance of display and stock room, stock-taking, etc.),
  • Ability and motivation to achieve personal sales goals,
  • Sending daily reports 

Profile required

  • Fluent Italian and English (speaking, writing and reading),
  • Strong sales skills,
  • Experience in retail,
  • Experience in the world of fashion and luxury,
  • Flexibility,
  • A proactive/dynamic and positive attitude,
  • Target driven,
  • Good inter-personal skills, team spirit/player
