In an international and dynamic environment, this role supports the operational management of the School’s sports offering. It contributes to coordinating activities, supporting sports instructors, and ensuring a high-quality experience for students.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor the sports offering (quality, diversity, organization)

  • Coordinate sports instructors (recruitment, onboarding, follow-up)

  • Manage administrative processes and contracts (CDDU, hours tracking, payroll follow-up via Aurion)

  • Oversee sports facilities and equipment

  • Contribute to campus life through sports events and activities

  • Support student sports clubs and help develop partnerships and sponsorships

 

Profile required

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent, Bac+5)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in university, federated, or similar sports environments

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a demanding and cross-functional environment

  • Proficiency in office and management tools (Aurion is a plus)

  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken) required
