ESCP Business School is firmly committed to creating a more inclusive environment. The Disability Mission Manager designs and implements the school’s disability policy at a European level, ensuring coherence across campuses, high-quality administrative monitoring, and effective implementation of accommodations.

This position requires an experienced, well-organised, and service-oriented individual with strong coordination and communication skills.

 

Key responsibilities

  1. Administrative management and individual support

    • Welcome, listen to and assess the needs of students or apprentices with disabilities, in collaboration with medical and academic teams.

    • Manage and monitor student files and ensure smooth communication with internal stakeholders.

    • Prepare institutional reports and summaries related to the school’s disability policy.

  2. Coordination across campuses

    • Lead and coordinate the network of disability contact points to ensure consistent student support across campuses.

    • Harmonise inclusion practices and accessibility systems at the European level.

    • Organise regular meetings to share best practices and tools.

  3. Awareness and training

    • Design and deliver disability awareness sessions for students and staff.

    • Support campus contact persons in implementing legal and institutional frameworks.

    • Provide accessible learning resources and inclusive tools.

  4. External partnerships and development

    • Work with institutional and associative partners (AGEFIPH, MDPH, specialised associations, etc.).

    • Represent the school in inclusion-focused events and professional networks.

    • Develop corporate partnerships to promote the professional integration of students with disabilities.

  5. Regulatory and international compliance monitoring

    • Ensure ongoing legal and regulatory monitoring in all countries where ESCP operates.

    • Provide recommendations to align internal practices with European and international standards.

Profile required

  • Proven expertise in disability inclusion, administrative management, or accessibility coordination.

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in social work, HR, health, or related fields.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in higher education, the public sector, or non-profit organisations.

  • Strong knowledge of disability law and institutional frameworks.

  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Autonomy, responsiveness, and ability to work in a multi-campus environment.

  • Fluent English (C1–C2 level).
