As part of its digital transformation and AI strategy, ESCP is looking for an apprentice comfortable with technology and able to manage projects, deliver training, and engage communities. The main objective is to foster a strong AI culture across the school among students, faculty, and administrative staff.

The role requires someone able to suggest ideas, identify opportunities, and turn them into concrete actions, contributing actively to innovation.

 

Key responsibilities:

1. AI Project Management

  • Coordinate and monitor ongoing AI projects (dashboards, status, deliverables)
  • Support the drafting of specifications, vendor selection, and tender processes
  • Manage relationships with technology partners (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Hugging Face)
  • Organize AI-related events (conferences, hackathons, workshops, demos)

2. Training & User Support

  • Deliver training sessions for staff, faculty, and students
  • Create educational materials (guides, tutorials, training content)
  • Provide user support for AI tools
  • Develop awareness programs on responsible and sustainable AI
  • Contribute to updating the Blackboard GenAI course

3. Content Creation & Communication

  • Produce content for internal AI newsletters and web pages

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Maintain dashboards tracking project progress and tool adoption
  • Analyze usage data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Support reporting and performance analysis

5. Governance, Monitoring & Innovation

  • Contribute to AI usage guidelines and best practices
  • Monitor AI trends in education
  • Explore new tools and solutions to enhance processes

Profile required

Education & experience:

  • Current Master’s level student (M1 or M2) in business school, engineering school, or university, with a specialization in digital project management, innovation, digital transformation, AI, data, or education
  • Previous experience (internship, academic or personal project) in project management, content creation, data analysis, or educational innovation is a plus
  • Demonstrated interest in AI and its practical applications

Technical skills:

  • Proficiency with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, OpenAI Codex, Gemini, Claude, Hugging Face)
  • Ability to use and customize AI tools (prompting, APIs)
  • Understanding of data topics: collection, visualization, and analysis (Excel, PowerBI or similar)

Core competencies:

  • Strong writing skills in French and English
  • Ability to explain technical topics to non-specialist audiences
  • Understanding of ethical AI and sustainability challenges
