Within the EdTech and Digital Learning department, the selected candidate will join an audiovisual production team dedicated to creating innovative educational content.
The role directly contributes to the quality, modernization, and dissemination of the institution’s educational materials, both in studio and on location, in close collaboration with academic teams, project teams, and internal or external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
Audiovisual Production
-
Capture academic teams and stakeholders in studio and on location (lectures, interviews, learning capsules, events).

Manage video recording, sound capture, and lighting according to educational and technical requirements.

Ensure high technical and aesthetic quality of all recordings.
Post-Production & Visual Design

Edit videos, design graphic elements, and export final content.

Ensure visual consistency across productions (branding, opening/closing credits, titles, subtitles, etc.).

Optimize videos for multiple distribution platforms (LMS, web, internal platforms).
Studio Operations & Development

Contribute to the daily operation of two audiovisual production studios.

Support maintenance, organization, and technical development (tools, workflows, new practices).

Propose technical improvements and innovative formats.
Teamwork & Support

Collaborate closely with academic, technical, and project teams.
-
Support academic teams and stakeholders during recordings.
-
Plan and organize assigned activities in coordination with the team and according to project needs.
Profile required
Required Skills
Technical Skills
-
Proficiency with video equipment (cameras, lenses, sound, lighting).

Proven experience in audiovisual studio and broadcast environments.
-
Strong command of DaVinci Resolve and good knowledge of Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.).

Solid understanding of the full audiovisual production workflow (pre-production, production, post-production, distribution).
