Within the European Academic Department, the role contributes to the growth and performance of programme recruitment, with a particular focus on Master’s programmes.
The position plays a key role in promoting programmes, supporting prospective applicants and increasing application conversion, in close collaboration with Marketing and Admissions teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Promotion and Development

  • Represent the School at recruitment events (fairs, forums, etc.) in France and internationally.

  • Deliver programme presentations, both onsite and online, in France and abroad.

  • Design and manage email campaigns for prospects and applicants, in collaboration with the Marketing Manager for France and Europe, to support engagement and interest.

  • Manage recruitment and development activities through the CRM (Eudonet), including lead qualification and monitoring of the prospect-to-enrolment journey.

  • Monitor and analyse performance by acquisition channel and produce regular reports with operational recommendations.

Prospect and Applicant Support

  • Support prospective applicants throughout their journey, with a focus on programmes delivered on the Paris campus.

  • Assess profiles and provide tailored guidance, adapting communication and follow-up actions to encourage engagement.

  • Guide applicants through the admissions process, providing clear information and timely responses.

Development Action Plan

  • Identify and assess key French and international partner institutions across target markets.

  • Implement prospecting and development actions, in collaboration with the Marketing team.

  • Work with partner organisations (including Campus France) and identify relevant promotional opportunities.

  • Track development actions using key performance indicators (leads, conversion rates, retention) and formulate operational recommendations with Marketing and Admissions teams.

Profile required

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, business development or related roles within higher education.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Eudonet or equivalent).

  • Fluent English, written and spoken.

  • Willingness to travel in France and internationally.

  • Ability to work with data and reporting tools to monitor performance.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritise and recommend actions.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to represent the institution.

  • Ability to manage high activity volumes while maintaining quality standards.

  • Team-oriented mindset and contribution to collective performance.

Additional Assets

  • Knowledge of Finance, Consulting or Strategy sectors.

  • Familiarity with Asian markets.

Required languages

  • French French - Level Bilingual
