Within the EdTech & Digital Learning department, the successful candidate will join a learning production team dedicated to the design, development, and delivery of online training programs.

This role actively contributes to the development and continuous improvement of the school’s digital learning portfolio, working closely with academic, technical, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a high-quality learning experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Instructional Design & Production

  • Design, storyboard, and produce digital learning modules (asynchronous and/or blended).

  • Apply instructional design principles (learning objectives, constructive alignment, assessment strategy, learner experience).

  • Contribute to the development and evolution of the school’s online programs.

Integration & Deployment

  • Integrate and publish learning content within the institution’s LMS platforms.

  • Ensure compliance with pedagogical and technical standards (SCORM, xAPI, etc., where applicable).

  • Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of online learning pathways.

Coordination & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with faculty members, project managers, and external providers.

  • Work collaboratively within the production team while being able to structure and manage assigned tasks independently.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes and workflows.

Profile required

Pedagogical & Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in instructional design principles.

  • Excellent knowledge of authoring tools and e-learning production workflows.

  • Solid experience with LMS platforms and online learning environments.

  • In-depth understanding of digital learning module production processes.

Language Skills

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Additional Skills (appreciated)

  • Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve.

  • Good command of Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

Professional Qualities

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively and manage tasks in a structured manner.

  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and during peak activity periods.
