The selected candidate will contribute to providing an inclusive and high-quality student experience within an international and collaborative environment. By leading student life services, this person will play a key role in supporting students’ success, integration, and well-being.

Main responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team operating across multiple sites.

  • Foster cohesion, trust, and professional growth.

  • Oversee services related to student life: housing, social assistance, insurance, student cards.

  • Assist international students with administrative processes.

  • Ensure effective and clear communication (webinars, orientations, newsletters).

  • Represent the School within national higher education networks.

  • Supervise scholarships and financial aid programs, ensuring transparent and efficient processes.

  • Promote and coordinate campus life projects enhancing well-being, engagement, and inclusivity.

  • Work collaboratively with academic, financial, and international teams across campuses.

Profile required

  • Skills and qualifications

    • Master’s degree (or equivalent).

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an international environment.

    • Proven leadership and team management abilities.

    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

    • Knowledge of higher education administrative frameworks.

    • Proficiency in digital tools; interest in innovation and automation.

    • Fluent in English (C1/C2); another European language is an asset.
