Reporting to the Careers Centre Directorate, the person in this role is responsible for maximizing the impact of corporate partnerships in support of student employability.
In close coordination with the business development partnerships team, the role focuses on enhancing the strategic and qualitative value of corporate relationships, in order to optimize opportunities offered to students and strengthen ESCP’s positioning among key recruiters.
Key Responsibilities :
1/ Corporate Partnership Activation
Deploy a strategy to engage and promote partner companies on the Paris campus, in alignment with the School’s overall strategy.
Identify levers to maximize existing partnerships (targeted events, innovative formats, privileged student access, sector visibility).
Build trusted relationships with recruiters and decision-makers to foster recruitment opportunities (internships, apprenticeships, first jobs).
Contribute, when needed, to the identification of new strategic partners alongside the business development team.
2/ Sector Development – Finance Focus
Lead and structure the Finance ecosystem (particularly corporate and investment banking) in collaboration with partner companies and the alumni network.
Monitor sector expectations and adapt company–student interaction formats accordingly.
Facilitate access to selective or high value-added opportunities for students.
3/ Student Experience & Internal Coordination
Work closely with Career Development teams to align student needs with corporate opportunities.
Evolve event formats to maximize student engagement, particularly among international students.
Leverage the alumni network as a strategic driver for placement and opportunity development.
4/ Monitoring & Steering
Ensure ongoing monitoring of job market trends and recruitment practices, particularly in Finance.
Analyze implemented actions (participation, conversion, quality of opportunities) and propose improvements.
Track key partnership activation indicators and recommend relevant adjustments.
5/ Team Coordination
Supervise and support a team of two staff members in charge of employer branding events and the corporate forum.
Profile required
- Higher education degree (business school, university or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of corporate and investment banking roles and related recruitment dynamics.
- Proven experience in institutional or key account relationship management.
- Experience in team coordination is appreciated.
- Strong understanding of employability challenges and expectations of selective recruiters.
- Ability to analyze data, monitor indicators and adjust actions accordingly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with recruiters, campus managers and operational teams.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial, academic and careers teams.
- Ability to organize workload, prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Fluency in French and English.
