Description du poste

- approvisionnement/stockage (réception et vérification des livraisons, réalisation d’inventaires…)

- production culinaire

- dressage et envoie des préparations

- application/control des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité dans la cuisine, des installations et du personnel

- assurer la qualité des produits avant et après la préparation

- s'adapter au rythmes différents des services

- Utiliser ses savoir-faire en fonction des commandes

- Prendre en considération les attentes et besoins du client

- Travailler en autonomie

- Etablir les inventaires mensuels
