🎯 Main Responsibilities

1️⃣ HR Administration

  • Drafting and managing employment contracts (permanent, fixed-term, temporary staff, amendments)

  • Handling onboarding and offboarding (hiring documents, contract endings, employee files)

  • Monitoring probation periods, contract renewals and contract endings

  • Maintaining and updating employee records

  • Ensuring basic HR compliance in coordination with the HR legal advisor

2️⃣ Scheduling & Working Time Follow-up

  • Collecting and reviewing staff schedules

  • Checking worked hours, absences and leave

  • Following up with managers in case of missing or incorrect data

  • Preparing and sending payroll variables to the accounting firm

3️⃣ Liaison with External Partners

  • Acting as the HR point of contact between:

    • the restaurant in Germany

    • the accounting firm (in charge of payroll)

    • the HR legal firm

  • Sending payroll inputs

  • Reviewing pay slips (hours, bonuses, absences, contracts)

  • Reporting discrepancies and following up on corrections

  • Relaying HR/legal questions to the relevant partners

4️⃣ HR Support to On-site Teams

  • Answering first-level HR questions from staff (contracts, payroll, leave)

  • Acting as a bridge between local teams and management

  • Helping structure HR processes in an international context (France / Germany)

Profil recherché

🧠 Profile

  • Previous experience in HR administration / payroll coordination

  • Experience in hospitality or multi-site environments is a strong plus

  • Basic knowledge of labour law (knowledge of German labour law is a plus)

  • Fluent in French – mandatory

  • Professional English – mandatory

  • German is a plus (optional, depending on your needs)

  • Well-organised, reliable and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders (managers, accountants, legal advisors)

  • Good communication skills in an international environment
