Ouvert la journée, Shosh est notre traiteur, épicier, caviste, qui explore et décline notre héritage Jérusalémite. Shana, son alter ego, est notre irrésistible cave à manger ouverte le soir proposant des vins du grand Est, de la Méditerranée ou Moyen-Orient, et de petites assiettes inspirées.

Description du poste

- élaborer et mettre en permanence à jour la carte des vins en respectant la législation et la satisfaction client

- présenter la carte des vins aux clients

- assurer le service du vin en salle et conseiller en proposant des vins ou autres boissons 

- effectuer les présentations techniques aux clients

- établissement des inventaires

- s’assurer de la satisfaction des clients

Profil recherché

- Rigueur, autonomie
- Capacité à gérer le stress
- Bon relationnel client

- Connaissances de l'accueil, du service client

- A l’écoute

- Bonne présentation

- Bonne organisation

- Bon en équipe

- Connaissance du service


Expérience préalable dans le domaine de la restauration d’au moins 1 an

Certification de sommelier WSET niveau 1 demandé
